Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of aska.work (“the application”) and of the website aska.work. By using the application you agree to them.

1. The application

aska.work is software for managing a seller’s own catalogue, prices, stock, orders and backups across marketplaces and shop platforms. It is provided to each shop individually.

2. Your accounts

The application connects to marketplace, shop and Google accounts with credentials and permissions you give it. You are responsible for having the right to use those accounts and for following each platform’s own rules.

3. Your decisions

Changes to listings, prices and stock are prepared by the application and sent only when a person confirms them. What is sent remains your business decision and your responsibility.

4. Figures and reports

Figures come from the platforms’ own reports and answers, which can be late, incomplete or wrong. They are not accounting records and not professional advice.

5. Backups

The application can copy your store to places you choose, including your own Google Drive. Check from time to time that your backups exist and can be opened.

6. Availability and liability

The application depends on third-party services and is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales or profit, marketplace penalties or account suspensions, or indirect damages arising from its use.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the application to break a platform’s rules, to misrepresent goods, to manipulate reviews, or to process personal data you are not entitled to process.

8. Changes and contact

The current version of these terms is always the one on this page. Questions: hello [at] aska [dot] work.
